As a professional partner in planning, organising and realising medical congresses, symposia and industrial exhibitions, MCN manages your event from A – Z.
Since the founding of the company in 1985, there have been some 350 congresses successfully realised. Each year MCN manages approximately 20 medical congresses.
MCN employs 20 permanent staff and, furthermore, a pool of experienced assistants who register and take care of the participants during the congresses. They have extensive experience and are proficient in foreign languages.
Congresses and events represent all fields of medicine – from ophthalmology to general surgery. And from anaesthesiology to emergency medicine.
MCN plans, organises and realises the complete non-scientific part of the congress – in close coordination with the scientific organisers.
Our task starts with selecting the suitable congress venue and facilities as well as drawing up a budget and ends with the final meeting and settling the congress account. In between there are innumerable acitivities (please also see service catalogue); only some of the important ones should be mentioned here:
- Advice in choosing congress facilities and technical equipment
- Implementing the meeting according to target groups
- Supervising the budget and expenses
- Evolving marketing and sponsoring concepts

- Organising the accompanying programme (festive evening, cultural events)
- Technical organisation including conference technic with latest electronical and internet-based presentation systems as well as security

- Attending lecturers, participants, VIPs and exhibitors on site

MCN regards itself as a full-service company.
Mailing lists which have been developed and expanded for several years by MCN contain about 5,000 nationally and internationally operating companies from the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment and, therefore, guarantee an extended access to potential exhibitors.
For canvassing participants we also utilise our own mailing lists as well as on members addresses of the respective organising societies / associations.
As professionals we are aware that the scientific congress is the essential element. The realisation and successful implementation of all event elements is our focus.

Clear communication structures are the key to effective organisation and implementation of congresses. Your personal MCN Project Manager accompanies you with professional know-how from the planning stage until finalizing the project. She manages the task force, coordinates the cooperation of all service partners and is responsible for time management and budget control.
